Becky Zeller has over a decade of experience working with historic buildings and advising historic buildings owners. She provides historic preservation consulting on a variety of projects, specializing in federal and state historic preservation funding incentives. She has experience preparing National Register nominations, environmental review surveys, determinations of eligibility, Historic Structure Reports, and historic tax credit applications. She also assists building owners in navigating historic preservation regulations at the local, state and federal level.

Becky previously worked as a preservation specialist at Warehaus in York, PA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Gettysburg College and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Columbia University.
